When we track our bodies, what we pay attention to will grow. By focusing on pleasant sensations in our body, we give our brains and bodies the opportunity to have this pleasant sensation grow. This is also true in the broader sense, I think. When we focus on love, joy, peace, hope-those things start to grow. Or for my own life with young children, if I can switch to focusing on their positive behavior, this can help it to grow. What are you focusing on right now?
