Getting Back to Our Resiliency Zone

We all experience times in our day, week, or throughout a season of our journey where we feel lost, out of sync, and bumped out of our Resiliency Zone.  This is normal!  When we find ourselves bumped out of our Zone by stress or trauma, we can use simple skills to reset our nervous system and get back to that place of resilience.  Below you will find the six skills of the Community Resiliency Model.  Click on each poster for quick reminders of how to use each skill.
