Tracking can feel like learning a new language, and learning a new language can be hard! As we scan and notice sensations in our bodies, we are developing our sensation language such as describing our breathing, our heart rate, and our muscles. Doing a quick scan can help us relax our muscles and get back to a slow, steady heart rate. A scan also brings us back to the present moment.
