CRM Minute: Taking Root


Grounding can help us take root into our present moment or experience.  It strengthens our mind-body connection of bringing our mind’s attention into where our body is in the present moment, not worrying about the past or the future.  Feeling deeply connected to ourselves helps us feel rooted and more secure, even in times of uncertainty or stress.  It also helps us show up for fully to others in our love and attention.
