Resourcing is the second CRM skill, and focuses on any person, place, thing, or part of yourself that makes you feel a sense of joy, peace, or calm. We can resource ourselves by being with others, doing activities we enjoy, being in places that bring about these pleasant attributes, or even just call them to mind.
