CRM Minute: Help Now Mantras

Another Help Now strategy that can help us get back into the present is by using mantras, quotes, song lyrics, prayers, or other sayings that help ease our mind.  By repeating these to ourselves, it can remind us that we are safe and loved, which can relax our bodies and get us back into our Resilient Zone.  Check out one of my favorite mantras below, and this week's video here.
