Service Description

In partnership with DSS and ECE Coordinators, Worthy WE is excited to offer free CRM workshops to child care and out of school time professionals. These workshops are CEU approved for your state license, and focus on how you can support your own mental wellness during work and your daily life. 3 hour or 6 hour workshops are available to book for your center. In these workshops we will increase our understanding of how stress and trauma effect our mind-body connection, learn and practice tools to get back into the Resilient Zone, and plan how to bring this back to our agency settings. Continued support after the workshops are also available through technical assistance and consults for workshop participants.
