Happy Monday! This week's CRM Minute continues with our Tracking Skill. Tracking is noticing or paying attention to what is happening inside our bodies in the present moment, deciding if these sensations are pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral, and staying with those that are more pleasant or neutral. There are several different ways to track-you can track your own body with a scan, you can notice and track others by noticing their breathing, posture, if they are pale or flushed, or you can invite others to track themselves with some curiosity questions like "what are you noticing on the inside?" All of these can help us slow down, connect ourselves back to our bodies, and be in the present moment. Find this week's video here!
